The Coliseum Tower located in the heart of Hato Rey Financial District, just steps to Coliseo Jose Miguel Agrelot and quick access to the Tren Urbano, is the perfect corporate rental. It has one bedroom with queen bed, living room, dining room, family room with Sofa Bed and fully equipped kitchen. Includes linens and towels. At the Coliseum Tower, guests enjoy all amenities, including Concierge Service, several pools, fitness center, sauna, steam room and playground for kids. It also has an meeting/activity room. Parking included. Hato Rey Milla de Oro (The Golden Mile), a stretch that effectively covers only one mile but that is home to the headquarters of many large local and international banks that are one of the most important centers of Puerto Rico and the Caribbean's economy and some upper middle class condominiums.
Hato Rey is also home to a series of boutiques and restaurants (mostly along Roosevelt avenue). The José Miguel Agrelot Coliseum and the Tren Urbano (Urban Train) are reshaping Hato Rey and bringing people into the area after hours. Plaza Las Americas Shopping Center is just minutes from the Coliseum Tower.
Other activities you can enjoy include Parque Lineal Martí Coll. This "park" is actually an elevated, 8-foot wide concrete walkway that runs along the bank of the Maria Pena canal. It is 1.2 miles long, and a nice place to exercise or just enjoy the day. The walkway has the canal on one side and a mangrove border on the other. The mangroves provide a safe home where many birds, fish and iguanas can live in relative safety from predators. And since the park is along the water, you can see the occasional fish jumping and watch boats going by in the canal. The Parque Lineal Martí Coll can be accessed from 3 different places: right next to the AquExpreso terminal in Hato Rey, from a corner of the Parque Central, and from the San Juan Park. So, not only can you enjoy the Paseo Lineal, you can also easily access all of these 3 other parks. If you’re a runner or a biker, you can extend your trip by going into these parks, too. Also, Parque Central has a nice track that you can use for running laps.
